Ann and Alan Blackie look forward to providing you with accommodation, assisting with travel bookings and suggestions of walks and local attractions.
Ann has had a career in the nursing profession in Christchurch in nursing education, nursing management and latterly as a District Nurse. Alan managed his own business as a motor vehicle repairer, served on the National Board of the Motor Trade Association and completed three terms as a Waimakariri District Councillor. They now have the time to look after you, their guests.

Accommodation details and facilities

Our Units

We have 2 Studio units with queen bed, ensuite and kitchen facilities (including microwave, sink and two burner stove).

There are 7 family units which can sleep up to five with a queen bed on the ground floor with the remainder on a mezzanine floor. The family units have kitchen facilities with a cook top, and a bathroom downstairs. One unit sleeps four with all facilities on the ground floor. We have one budget unit which has a queen bed, crockery and cutlery, toaster and electric kettle. This unit shares facilities with our camper van park (access is next door and under cover).

Free wireless internet is available in all rooms and computers that take coins are available in the kiosk.

On-site laundry facilities are available.

Tariffs

$85 - $160 for two people with an extra charge for additional people. Seasonal rates may apply.

Policies

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

We require credit card details or a deposit to confirm a booking. We reserve the right to charge for one night's accommodation for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking should we not be able to re-let the unit.
